The staff from front desk, security, maids, and cleaning maintenance people were ALL outstanding! They truly cared that our stay was a positive experience. They were so friendly that they would remember us from the previous day when we would come down to the lobby. The continental breakfast was comparable to others as it had a waffle iron etc. The facility was quiet in the evening and especially during Covid time we did see a lot more cleaning than normal which we appreciated. The front property that we had to drive by to get to where we were staying made us a little nervous however we knew that the security at our sight was thorough aware and there were many security cameras available if they needed them. Which had such a great time with the staff it was sad to depart but we would definitely stay again if we needed to stay in the Tacoma area. The local was very convenient for groceries, gas, or restaurant options and right of of I-5 which was handy for someone that isn't familiar with the area.

What I did like is how clean the facility is and how nice and find the staff housekeeping is wonderful they keep up on whatever you need as far as the front office there's only two girls that are really really sweet and nice and I like their the other ones are just rude

The location is a little sketchy, they are remodeling so only couple of buildings are working. Our room was on the 3rd floor which smelled clean unlike the fist floor. Room was clean and very comfortable bed and pillow clean!! For the price it was good.

The young lady that check us in was awesome great vibes💯She had excellent customer service just beautiful all the way around 🙌🏽🙌🏽🥰🥰🥰 our room was great an absolutely amazing 🙏🏽 rest well knowing we was in good hands 🙌🏽
